It was an interesting first month of the season with most of the team participating in local events throughout the tri-state region. Venues from Branchbrook in New Jersey to Bethel in Conneticut were raced with top 20 results achieved. 2010 USI Officers Elected
At the USI club meeting on October 13th the members elected Tim Compton to serve as President, Jorge Ferrer for Vice President for the 2010 season. Dale “Angelina” Malkames was returned as Secretary and Rick Malkames as Treasurer.

Most importantly the club will be accepting nominations for its 2010 officer positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Volunteer postions will also be discussed and your attendance is valued.

I am thinking about selling my Bontrager Aeolus 65 Tubulars. The wheels are amazingly fast but I want to get a powermeter and am looking to raise some bike money. White Plains Tuesday/Thursday Night Training Rides...
The Tuesday and Thursday night training rides start again this month since Daylight Savings Time is in effect. If you work in Westchester, these rides are a great way to improve your fitness. We even get some riders who work in the city that join us occasionally. The mileage varies from 20 to 56 miles depending on the daylight, but the ride is always back by dark (assuming no mechanical issues)....
